Online learning with Go PBL is a rich, engaging, collaborative adventure. To make the most of this experience, we have outlined below the most important technological requirements every student must meet.

- Standard laptop or desktop computers with Windows or Mac OS are ideal, but Chromebooks, tablets, and smartphones are also supported.

- High-speed internet connection (Cable, DSL) is ideal for live classes. Cellular service is adequate for asynchronous work on Centric learning platform.

- Webcam or camera-enabled smartphone are integral to forming relationships with teachers and other students in live classes.

- Our learning platform is accessible on any modern browser, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Opera.

- Headphones and a microphone (or a headset with microphone) are essential for participation in live classes.

Our students learn about getting started with Go PBL's online learning platform (Centric) tracking progress, attending classes, and where to find help and support. Here are a few things that students go over during their orientation:

- Learn to navigate the Centric Learning platform, messaging features, and feedback area

- Start to create a relationship with student's academic mentor and core subject area teachers

- Seek out projects outside of class time to work independently on areas of special interest

- Create a personal time management plan to balance schoolwork and outside-of-school activities

- Get acquainted with key web-tools and technology to facilitate learning
